Troubles at the Chemical Lab

In the aftermath of the chemical spill, while Mrs. G carefully removes her jeans and denim shirt in the decontamination room, preparing for the mandatory safety shower ,  the lab's director is expressing his deep regret to her, not only for the accident itself but also for the oversight in ensuring she was properly equipped with a lab coat for protection before she entered to deliver the samples. Her other five colleagues, all male, are also around, looking at her with... concern?, but Mrs.G has a nagging feeling that this all might have been orchestrated, starting with the unexpected call to bring in the samples.
