Updated cover and covered me ;)

Hope you like both... For the cover , I improved the rendering of Holmes, me and Watson on the cover, and also added the "Thameside Sanatorium" sign on the building. BTW, the cover is by Patrick O'Donnell , I'm adding lettering, changing colors, improving renditions at points, and such easier things ;)
